FOL SAID "THANK YOU" TO ITS VOLUNTEERS

FOL showed appreciation to its volunteers at a luncheon on October 30th. Volunteers enjoyed socializing with each other and meeting those from other areas of service.

FOL has its own Little Free Library, making used books and magazines available to readers of all ages.  Linda Moledor volunteered to be the steward  of a Little Free Library in her front yard at 1511-25th St. NW.  She keeps the contents varied for children and adults who have discovered it there.  Linda says the traffic is increasing.  Everything is protected from the weather.  She plans to keep her Little Free Library open all year round.

FOL volunteers Peggy Howley, Louise Moore, Carol Simon, and Livvy Mull manned the sale table at the Palace Theatre during the October 18th appearance of "Rudy" Ruettiger.
